Intergenerational project
This initiative will be spread through a period of 9-12 months. Participants will be encouraged to attend as many events as possible, but will not be required to be present for all workshops.
The first way to acquire information, and introduce yourself will be to visit the theatre on Saturday the 30th at 3pm for our FREE Panel: Creating Joyful Theatre for Seniors and Senior Audiences.

Featuring a Panel of Artists including: Frank Moher, Gabriola Theatre Actor and Playwright, Tanja Dixon-Warren, Artistic Director of Western Gold Theatre in Vancouver, & Jack Paterson. Panelists will talk about creating theatre for and with senior artists, and emerging artists, that sparks joy and fills our hearts. We will discuss some great initiatives happening in Canada, share anecdotes and offer some tips in learning lines and navigating rehearsals and performances.

You can register for the event here.

If you aren't available that day, consider volunteering at our festival from Aug 26-30 at 4:15pm-6:15pm, or 6:15pm-8:15pm.
